Someone with Carfax access run a VIN for me PLEASE! :) Also need advice! ?

1988 Mazda Rx-7 Convertible 13B 1.3L
The lady is asking 4800, has 128k on the speedo.
I think I can talk her down quite a bit, shes had it for sale for quite a while
Plus theres 2 things about it that worry about
1) When sitting still in neutral the shifter has a hell of a lot of play to it
2) The 2 o rings below the oil filter pedestal are leaking...
Other than that it starts up and runs good, I think Im gonna offer between 4,000 and 3,800
What you guys think?
I dunno **** about a 2nd generation, Ive always had a 1st gen. and I worked on every part of that car, I know they are similar, but what shall I look for in this one?
What else should I rag on? To get the price down... She dont know **** about it, and I think I can get a good price. Also its been on the market for sale quite a while...
Gonna drive it here and do a compression check on it tonite, and offer a price. Fast responses would be EXCELLENT...
