Don't get me wrong I love to help.
It just a simple question. Only needs a Yes or a NO.
I have to go with NO, I know things that I have not shared..
Its seems to be normal, I go to the track and the guys won't say what that tube is for with oil in... Hmmmm

Some things have to be kept secret. I try to share as much info that I know but there are somethings that I just dont like to answer when asked about my car. I have hundreds upon hundreds of hours in my car figuring things out, trying different combos just to splert out info that took me a long time to figure out.

I share everything I know. I'm not a pro-race team. No need to be cut-throat. I encourage good sportsmanship as much as I can. I think there are more important things then winning, such as establishing good relationships.

Yep I tell all; There are no secret formulas, for extra HP or that winning edge. Anything performance you can think of has been thought up and tried 15 years ago on our cars.
Tell all, share all.
But this really should be in the lounge

Must...scrub...parts...
I share everything. Why not, it makes for a friendlier world. Just think of all the time and money you could have saved if someone told you what the problem is, instead of you screwing around and doing something stupid. And if I anwser someone's simpler questions on the forums, then it leaves more time for the people who really know what they're talking about to anwser mine.

hmmm...
I try to help out, but most of my solutions for things sound awfully similar to the Hayes manual
That is probably due to the fact that i worship that thing more than I should.
But telling someone how to fix something, or what might be wrong...doesn't always help because there are usually 6-8 different possible problems per situation. Nothing beats hands-on experience with these things!
