I have converted a few. I helped one along when I gave him a ride in my car, and I have shown my friends how much fun the rex is. So they want one, but have no money.

 

I converted my roommate to our cause, and he subsequently bought an 89 GTU w/ 28k on the engine from the person that brought ME over from the dark side...I have also helped to raise awareness of rotaries among my friends who are physics majors here at PSU....they are absolutely fascinated by the mechanics of it...As I think we all are...

 

I've succesfully converted my dad, although it was just him hearing about my car. I never pushed him to get an RX-7 - he told me last night that he bought one and wants me to go with him this weekend to pick it up.

One of my friends had one a long time before me but he didn't know much about it. So I got him back into it. Also got like 2 other people in one.
