I have successfully converted 3 people, and I have several I am working on.

 

none. all my friends have V-8's and they hate me.

 

haha i can't talk no one into a rotary, i always hear "They blow up to quick" They **** me off

 

i got my best friend to say WOW i wanna get me one... but whether or not he's going to get a rotary.... that's a different story

 

After one of my friends helped me with the 6 port removal and some other work he bought a S4 T2 about 3 weeks later with 35k miles on the odo.

 

my gf loves rx7s and rotaries because i talk about them non-stop and she's always riding with me

I haven't actually "converted" anyone, but have definitely raised awareness of rotaries among friends.

 

Geez, countless people - it got to the point where we would find a nice RX-7 for sale and have to figure out who would get it!

My brother talked me into getting a rotary.... After he did his cars engine blew up again and now hes out...
But I still want to make my racecar....

 

Raised awareness is definately the best! Everyone in my town with a fast car drives a 5.0 mustang. I just wanted to be different but not rice different.

The faster of the bunch was extremely suprised at how well my car spun second and I basically have a stock turbo with aftermarket exaust, but not for long!! He looked extreamly surprised at the performance.

I gve this kid at my school a ride and he didnt want to get out.

 

i think i scared one away when i told him about gas mileage...haha

I've never converted anyone to the rotary side. Someone has to just want it. and take it.

Lol, it's hard to convert somone to these cars. It'd be easier if it was a car that I wasn't worried about blowing up in the case that I let someone else drive it.
