How many miles on your rebuild?

I think the more important question is how many miles with what mods. My engine is rebuilt but I have no idea how many miles. Its an 87' T2 and Id guess it had at least 20-30k miles on it when I got it and Ive put about 6k on it since. Runs ok, but the turbo is on its way out the door

I've put just about 40K on my streetported S5 NA rebuilt by the dreaded and now defunct Hayes Rotary. I may be close to some kind of longevity record for a Hayes motor built in the 21st Century.

Back in 2000 when I bought it, I didn't know how far their reputation had sunk; I guess I got pretty lucky. Engine still runs well but the car is now junk; I'm giving the engine to a friend and hopefully it will keep going for a while longer.
