How many miles on your orig 13b?

Just out of curiosity. How many miles on your FC? Original motor of course. I'm in the market for an FC and wanna gauge how long a original motor can go.

around 190+k miles on it. starts weather its cold or hot. clutch ( original ) grips fine.

i rev that bastard to redline all the damn time too so i dont give it mercy really. and i take horrible care of my car. i changed my oil once after 10k miles. lol. i felt a little bit bad, but then again, 3k miles is recommended by the people you buy oil from, who pay the auto manufacturers.

dont ask so shut up

86 GXL. 180k on the clock, original motor. Still pulls hard. Daily Driven, starts no matter what. Fast off the line, slow in the top end, think my 5/6 are evil.

173,000, but ive only owned it for about 500 of those miles. Good maintaince is the key word... If you dont take care of any car, itlll fall apart. These cars are just more sinsitive to poor maintaince than most other cars. As long as you keep it cool, keep it lubed, and dont rag the hell out of it every chance you get. it will last as long as you wish. Also, dont let it sit for any long period of time and once a week redline the engine to break up carbon in the engine.

88 N/A (SE), just under 121k miles, I had to rebuild the engine. I know for a fact the first two owners were female, and given that the aux ports were totally seized, I suspect it was never pushed past 4000 RPM for a good chunk of it's life. I'd also wonder about the frequency of the oil changes.

I've got about 20k on the rebuild now, it's working fine.

90 NA with 180K miles. Still runs super smooth, I've had it for two years and the previous owner let it sit for two years and I bought without a trranny. Bolted up tranny, replaced fuel lines, adjusted timing and TPS and it fired right up. Even after sitting for so long.

I change my oil every 2k miles, I'm **** about that.

114k on TII. Pulls hard, but I think it's eating coolant and has a weak idle. VAC leaks I (hope) think!
