How hard is it to replace a radiator by myself?

A good phillips head to drain the radiator, pliers for the radiator hose clamps, 10mm socket for the heater hose clamp, 10mm socket for the shroud (may be 12mm, I forget), 12mm socket/ swivel and extension for the radiator bolts (that way you can leave the battery in the car).
Taking it out is really easy. Two bolts on the shroud, 4 on the radiator, 3 hoses (possibly an overflow tube depending on year) and an electrical connection and it's out.
