How much HP?
hello,
as an estimate, what hp and what fuel would i need to support this combo on a s4 13bt. such as injector size etc.
3" dp/exhaust - no cat
intake/tid
possibly a fmic not sure yet.
on around 9-10psi at the most on the stock turbo.

Like Scott said, you'll have no chance of keeping boost at 10psi with an unported S4 wastegate and a 3" exhaust. Get it ported or swap the turbo and manifold for S5 items.
If you do either, and manage to keep boost down to 10psi (any more will kill the stock turbo anyway), you will be within the limits of the stock injectors. These are big enough for ~300fwhp @ 80% duty. I'd guess you'd be around 240-250fwhp. The pump's a good idea though.
