I just bought my 86 RX two days ago and the owner who had it before me told me it was flooded now I tried pulling the EGI.COMP fuse and craking it over but
that did not work what else could I try or what else could it be.THANX

 

Could be anything. Check for spark and fuel. Start with the basics. Does it try to start? Smoke? Sputtering? Fuel smell? We need WAY more info then "it does not work" to help you.

 

1. Why did you buy a non-running car at the owners word that it worked?
2. Do a search for "unflooding" You'll get an anwser in less time that it took me to type this.
3. Put on your asbestos underwear, the other guys are about to flame the living hell out of you.

 

Actually, there shouldn't be any flamming. This guy has a simple "no start" question, and while there are certainly answers to be found searching, diagnosing this kind of problme via the search could be difficult. Obviously, you wan to start searching with "no start" or "won't start". That should give the basic idea of what to check...Regardless, no flames will take place. Anyone who does will be dealt with.
