How to fix a loose wastegate flapper?

I replaced my actuator yesterday to fix the runaway boost problem that I was having since my old one leaked.

Now I have a pinging sound coming from the exhaust side of the turbo, and I think it's the flapper on the WG.

Has anyone ever experienced this problem?
