Question how do you put the flywheel and counter weight together?

I just ordered an ACT Flywheel and Counter Weight.

It came just like that....No nuts, No bolts, No directions, what should I do?

My TII came with the counterweight molded into the flywheel, so I have no refrence to go by.

PLEASE HELP

the RX-7s with automatic trannys have a counterweight bolted on. If you do an auto to manual swap, save those bolts (they might fit the new flywheel) and the weight and just order a new flywheel. In your case though, take the flywheel to a hardware store our autoparts store like Napa, and they should be able to hook you up with some bolts.

are there nuts on those bolts?

What side do you thread the bolts through?

In what position should the counterweight be bolted on to the flywheel?

DAIGRAMS OR DETAILED EXPLANATIONS PLEASE

THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

on the stock flywheel, there are no nuts. install counterweight, install flywheel. The weight has a notch in it where the crank shaft goes through it. It can only be put on one way. The flywheel goes next. Its round and balanced so you can't screw that up either. then put the bolts through the flywheel and into the counterweight. Install transmission.

I am sorry about the lack of instructions. The counterweight goes on first as it would on an automatic, and the flywheel bolts right to it. Make sure you have the correct counterweight for your engine since there are a couple different ones for the turbo engines. We are now providing flywheel bolts to hold the two together, but the very first ones didn't ship out with them. We use 10.9 grade 20mm long bolts and I suggest a bolt torque of about 50lbs. If you still need them, we can ship them to you no charge. The clutch bolts are standard Mazda. We don't provide these. I hope that helps
