fuel economy & max boost

I was just wondering approx what fuel economy everyones getting in their 7's. I get about 100km off 20ltrs of juice taking it super easy & only a litttle less if I give it a good work out. Kinda seems bad to me. I haven't had any port work done, but do have a T04 and fuel cut defender. I kinda need to get it dyno'd, but I'd also like to get a fuel comp so if its not running well then it can be dyno tuned.

I'm also curious about how much boost you can run on a s4 13b with stock internals? I'm running 10 psi @ the moment and want to wind it up a little more.

well you can run lots of boost on stock internals, you just better be tuned correctly. the stock turbo becomes a limmit sooner than the stock internals, assuming that you are taking all the proper percatuions with feul and tunning etc. IIRC, the s4 turbo isnt good for much more than 10 psi anyways, much beyond that you are making more heat than anything.

I have T04 so it sounds like I could boost it a fair bit then. I guess I'd need to get a 3bar sensor if I wanna go over 14 psi, but I think I wouldn't anyways. You never know though cos I wasn't gonna go over 10psi , but now I'm used to it n wanna got faster
What fuel economy do you get in your 7?
