Hard to say...
With the 1G A'PEXi Super AVC-R, the EBC would allow it to push 15psi all the way to redline no problem.

ouch... sorry to hear the bad news. you should always do your homework when buying items like a turbo, never jump the gun and splurge on a "good" deal.

I'd get your money back and buy a better turbo, of course you will spend more but its one of those things that you dont want to try and save a few bucks on if you dont need to. I have a Garrett T4 thats good up to about 500hp, cost around $8-900 for comparison.

this turbo is what i said it was. i never said it was a H trim turbo i posted it a stage 2 S4 to4b AR .61 with a H trim wheel and a ported wastegate. in your pics is shows it being a H trim wheel.. that turbo i good for well over 20hp over stock. the mileage on the turbo isnt high from what i know of and this was sold as is. if it wasnt torn apart i wouldnt have a problem taking it back.
what exactly is a AR .61 with a H trim?? thats the part i dont get??

how the hell does he expect you to know exactly what you have unless you take it apart? its not rocket science to take a turbo apart. he is just reluctant to give you a refund, thats all.

yeah its BS... im pissed...i think i def. got ripped off....he told me he never seaid it was a H trim then he PM'ed me what i quotes in my previous post....im waiting on what he has to say next before i expose him..its really pissing me off...

here is what he said the first time he described it to me...
to me, he said its a H trim...does it sound like it to you??
the asking price should match the HP potential with the rite tune giving this a buck for every HP gained from it. its a Air research S4 stage 2 to4b intake AR.60 exhaust AR. 63 with a H trim wheel. the guy i got this from said it was a grate turbo thats good for 320- 380 whp. im going with a T4 setup or i would use it.. heres a pic .
thats exactly what he wrote me!! straight out of my PM

That guy is FULL OF ****.
"H trim" implies it's an Garrett H-trim compressor wheel - there is no other way to interpret that information.
You do NOT call a turbine wheel an "H trim".

The "AR .61" doesn't mean jack ****, since we're talking about compressor A / R.

The compressor wheel clearly does NOT spec out to a Garrett T04B H-trim compressor wheel.

He's trying to bend you over.

most J-spek motors are sent over here with 30-45k on them.. but this isnt a stock turbo and was very clean.. as far as reaching them hp marks the stock turbo can get you into 280 300 with the rite tuneing this turbo should see the #s your looking for with out any problems aas long as you have the rite tuneing going into it. i do not know what the milage is on that turbo but it didnt look like 30k+ from the pictures you have posted. have you tried it out yet to see what you think of it or are you taking the word of mouth on it?
quoted form him in the PM's yet again.....i said i wanted at least 350 when i posted that i wanted one in the 2nd gen. for sale subforum.....not 300..

besides, it doesnt matter what i said about HP anyway...what matters is he told me what he had and sold it to me and it was def. not what he said it was..

WOW not only can he rip people off, but he is horrible at spelling. I would of looked at that and called off the deal right away. You just cant trust anyone, ESPECIALLY online... there are too many losers out there either trying to sell thier mistakes or just plain ripping people off to make a buck.

Dispute the sale in any way you can, stating it is NOT what it was advertised as (with proof), and you need a refund.
