how to do the sleepy eye look

Ok yeah i feel real bad about asking this and yes i searched and couldnt find anything. How do I make my car look like it has that sleepy eye look. You know the half way up thing. Do i just adjust the closing position to the way or what. Just a quick 6am question.

Pull the retractor fuse and crank them up from the motor assembly underneath the car.

You didn’t search hard enough covered weekly.

Sorry searching for me is hard most of the time i just get a 505 error and then when it does work it isnt what i am looking for. Ok but anyways were is the retractor fuse. in the main fuse block or the one in the car. non of my covers for the panels are there thats why I ask.
