how do i tighten my throttle cable
how do i tighten my throttle cable?
it so loose when I push the part on the front of the motor half way, to make it rev up. the throttle cable will fall off.

Oh temp fixes are never good.
On the firewall side of the throttle body, the throttle cable is attached to a bracket via 2 12mm nuts. Free up both nuts, then tighten the left nut(passenger side of the bracket) untill the cable is tight and correctly lengthed, now tighten the rigth nut down to hold it in place. Now go inside the car and check your pedal freeplay and you may need to adjust the cable at the pedal.
On the firewall side of the throttle body, the throttle cable is attached to a bracket via 2 12mm nuts. Free up both nuts, then tighten the left nut(passenger side of the bracket) untill the cable is tight and correctly lengthed, now tighten the rigth nut down to hold it in place. Now go inside the car and check your pedal freeplay and you may need to adjust the cable at the pedal.
