front or rear? rear is easy. there are a line of bolts that you can access from the inside once you move the carpet out of the way. there are also a couple or nuts/bolts that are accessable from under the car that hold the very sides on.
the front is a little more involved. you will need to unbolt the bottom lip that is also connected to the front fenders. this is done from the bottom. you will unbolt a line of bolts right by the hood latch, and finally you will need to remove 6 nuts/bolts from the sides, 3 on each side accessable from the wheel well once the plastic guard is removed.
hope that helps,
Ryosuke

my answer was, with a 10mm and a lot of time all the bolts/nuts get annoying. and watch out for the ones at the bottom of the cover inside the fender, they like to break.
