How do I rig my clutch fan?

I've had city driving overheating problems recently and need to know how to rig my fan to operate without disengaging (I don't think it's engaging at all).
I have another fan comming in the mail but in the mean time I'd rather have it run too cool on the highway rather than overheating on the street.

just remove on of the pully bolts and put in a SUPER long bolt to lock the fan in place. I havent done it myself but i was told it would work....

what i did was drill a pretty big hole straight through the clutch part of the fan.. and put a pretty big screw and nut to keep it stiff.. its worked so far in both cars i've had. the only down side is that it eats away at your belts. it looses some teeth because of the extra stress.. but like i said, i havent had any temps above average for a long while now.
