How do I replace the airbleed o rings?!

Hi, I manage to remove my air bleeds from the primaries. problem is getting the O-rings off. How do i do it without breaking the brittle air bleed? I tried to remove one o ring and half the support underneath the O ring broke off. Can I still use this diffuser?

If you are replacing them, then just cut the rubber ring off carefully with an exacto knife.
If the Diffuser part of the diffuser(???) breaks but the barrel part is good, then you "could" still use it as the injector should atomize the fuel ok.
As long as your Barrel on the diffuser( that holds the o-ring) is still intact then just slip it back in with the new o-rings on it.
That is the problem with 20 year old plastic it tends to break when you look at it the wrong way.
They are not cheap either.
I broke down and bought a set, then find out I had alternatives.
FFE has replacement injector diffuser "spacers" that take the place of the old diffuser,BUT I am not sure if it will do ALL the diffusers( PRI and SEC).

you can also heat them up with a hairdryer and with some gloves pop the o-rings out while they are warm and pliable.
