How do I remove the front wiper motor

And it's for a fc

You need not remove the eccentric arm (the one in the back),
The linkage rod is held by a "ball and socket" connection, twist the motor till the rod is at an angle and then just pop it off.

Those FC stalk wiper switches are famous for failing. Also, check the linkage in the arms behind the cowl for gumminess/stickiness. Most of the time the motor is fine, but it'll be one of those two issues instead.
If you're sure you need a new wiper motor, 4 bolts, disconnect from the linkage like clokker said and give it a tug.
EDIT: Don't forget to mark the linkage with a sharpie to make it easier to install/align the new motor!

You can also move the wiper arms and that will help move the motor itself to get the motor into position so you can pull it out of the firewall easier and then get "ball and socket" connection to free up.
