Turbo, supercharger, nitrous, V8.

Take your pick.

Or you could just get a lower final gear and make it FEEL faster...

Although, there are some gains across the board to be made with a fuel computer and dyno tuning... nothing as big as boost or simply more displacement, though...

supercharging isn't enough bang for your buck it shouldn't even be considered an option, basically you can drop a 13bt motor in it.

Torque is torque. He specified more, not *a lot* more.

I agree it's not the best bang for the buck though (at least the kits they sell aren't).

Or, you could drop in a miata gearset Shorter gear ratios give it more 'zip'. It's a fairly simple swap too.

Yeah, but I don't want my ears droning at 80MPH because it's revving at 4500

The slightly longer 1st and smaller 1st-2nd gap is tempting though (but I want a turbo someday...).

Without some sort of forced induction (that includes NO2) the only way to get more power is to rebuild it and get a streetport.
Also, are your aux ports working? If they are wired open it will cause you to lose a good bit of low end torque.

Porting the exhaust port horizontically?

I recently watched a youtube video of a turbo 13b-re cosmo first gen run 480rw/440 torque!! I was blown away and soo stoked to see a rotary with those numbers.
