Theres nothing to lube, Lubing old rubber bushing will just make them split and cause more problems. Replacing bushing with polyurethane bushings instead of stock is really the only way to go.

Energy Suspension makes a set for our cars and you can get it from www.corksport.com under their suspension section.

Here's a fast easy way to lube the underside of your car. Just uncrew the plug in the oil pan slightly so it drips slowly and go driving fast! This will spread the oil out over the underside of the car. This will also help pervent rust (they call it British undercoating). But seriously, oil destroys the rubber in the bushings. I've seen the engine mounts in a car that leaked a lot of oil and they had completly rotten away from the oil.

Buy some rubber lube, then just spray on the bushings. Some tire installation centers use the rubber lube so as the tire "slides" onto the rim easier. Also, look in a parts store for a spray can that is made specifically for rubber, and use that. I've sprayed the bushings with various lubricants since the car was new. The only problem I've encountered in the 165,000 miles is the creaking top strut mounts. Syn. spray under the rubber covers do wonders.

ive worked for a few oil chage places and when u say lube my chassis, that means injectin grease into the grease fittings, but u have to have a nipple tohook the gun into, to fire the grease into the fitting but our cars and all new cars have sealed grease fitings. most old cars have em and pretty much all new and old trucks have them
