Question How do I know what the resistance is of my plug wires?

I am getting new spark plug wires today and I want some with low resistance but nowhere on the box does it say what the resistance is. How do I find this out?

Measure it with a multi-meter. 15 bux a walmart puts you in the door, 350 Fluke is top of the line

Read the tech info about automotive ignition on Magnecor's site. It's worthwhile reading, and will help you make an informed decision.

Just go with stock NGK wires. They're like 7mm are not the shitty-asssed spiral core design.

Not to mention they're dirt cheap...just over $20 according to NGK.com.

Typically, 1k to 2k ohms PER wire.
Some performance aftermarket wires go a little lower.
