I teed in a pressure gage and blew into the tube to check at what pressure they opened.
Then I routed the tube inside with the gage on the end, and did a test drive to see when they opened.

put some grease on the actuator shafts. a finger full ought to do it. start the car. warm it up some. rev to 4k or maybe 4500 rpms. turn off the car and go look. if the grease is pushed to the top of the shafts, they opened.

If they opened and u want to, you can spread the grease back out and go for a short drive. stay at low rpms (under 3500) except once. get in like 3rd gear and accelerate hard to 3900 rpms. (they open at 3800) then pull over and check the grease to see if they opened.

Wasnt that easy?
