how to clean the flash to pass lenses

i was just wondering how in the world i could clean these lenses so that at least they would be clear again. i mean they're like all cloudy the starting to turn somewhat yellow :\

Well you're going to have to remove them, as that yellowing (a type of oxydation) is ocurring on both sides. If it's not too bad, you can hit them up by hand with some metal polish. If it's pretty bad, then you'll have to use some type of plastic polish. Do a search on google for plastic polishes and you'll find several options.

I actually took 600-2000 grit sandpapers to them, then metal polish, then clear coat. They look brand new now, and the clear coat has held up for 8 months so far with no problems.

I used plastic polish on one side and soft scub and a buffer on a drill on the other and they look pretty good
