Arrow How can I lean her out?

I have an 88N/A GTU. Light mods.

Besides the variable lean mix adjust, what else can I do to lean her out. I am running EXTREMELY rich.

S-AFC my only bet?

bonez downpipe and RB catback to be installed soon.

It did wonders for me (SAFC) and gave me 2-4 better mpg. If all you want is to lean "her" out some; get an afc.

The variable adjustment screw is for idle purposes only. a piggy back is your best bet.

What mods have you done? Do a full tune up and see how your mileage changes.

Check all your adjustment screws, and if that dosn't werk, then replace your O2 sensor (it helps sometimes).

Some emissions removed.
True CAI
Bonez race pipe w/RB catback (soon)
Power steering removed.

I will be doing away with the catalyst, so will a SAFC be enough for this running rich problem?

If you are running extremely rich, then you have a problem. First step is to do a full tuneup, and make sure your various temp sensors are reading to factory specs. If that doesn't do it, then have the injectors cleaned.

Aftermarket parts are not a band-aid for a broken car.
