If you want more power, don't port it at all. That will let the boost rise uncontrollably and you'll have lots more power. For a little while anyway...

Seriously, this is not a power mod, it's a keep-your-engine-alive mod. Proper boost control will allow you to safely improve intake and exhaust flow without boost increasing to unreliable levels.

Port it big. I ended up porting just the smaller holes about a 1/4 inch bigger and it only took my boost down 2 psi from 12. So no **** I just finished pulling it off and porting it all the way out and left about 1/16 inch ring around the passage and back cut the **** out of it just on the smaller passage. the bigger one I only took a little out of it. its a lot harder to reach. I used pink grinding stones and a air die grinder. The pink stones seem to cut the cast iron the best. Now my boost hits 5 real quick and creeps up to about 7. Much safer on stock injectors. Its a lot more enjoyabe to drive cause you not staring about the boost gauge the whole time modulating the throttle.

the whole reason why i'm doing this is to prevent boost creep because i'm going to get a full 3'' exhaust so should i port it almost as big as they have it on the fc3spro website they have it ported so big that the divider part between the 2 holes is real skiny wouldn't it crack if it was that thin mine has some small cracks on the housing but it's fine

I got mine with Fast turnaround from http://www.carbidebur.com/longshank/longshank.htm

I would try porting just smaller than the flapper door. If you still have creep you can go bigger.
