Here's the car-domain site...

http://www.cardomain.com/id/fc3stoopid

So I guess I just revealed his "identity" - but i dont know about his username... he's not a big time poster.

Im also going to be adding a true cold air intake, like racing beat's (i think thats who makes it) Where the filter is down near the bumper... not just a cold air box. From Santiago (1989RX7Guy) when his gets done. Im building the web-site for him when his intakes are done testing, and hes found a good welder. That's my pay, a new intake

**EDIT** By the way, all the problems he has stated on that site, has now been fixed. Most of it was with emmissions, which will be removed anyways. And the shitty sony stereo thats in those pics, has been repleaced with a newer one. All those pics are pretty old, from like last november or somethin.

Just remember the used car rule of thumb:

In any used car purchase expect to spend around $1000.00 in repairs immediatly no matter what!

This will keep you from blowing your budget on any car, and from being surprised when you find it needing repair.

Repair items commonly found needing attention are.
1. The main repair reason the seller is selling the car.
2. Neglected maintinence.
3. Normal wear an tear items in need of repair.

It is wise to replace all of the fluids and filters on most used vehicles after purchase as it is always neglected.

i.e. Brake fluid "recomended every two years", coolant "recomended every two years", differential fluid, transmission fluid, Fuel filter "every third or fourth oil change, every 10,000 miles".

your goofy if you pay that. you're to damn excited over it so the seller has you by the short ones in my opinion. look around. there are only about 300 rx-7's for sale on any given day in this country. i got mine for 1600 bucks with 69,000 miles on it and felt like a champ until 1 month later when the thing sounds like a riding lawnmower at starup. BE PATIENT! it's his job to sell it, not your job to buy it. you can buy90% of the rx-7 around for that money. find a little old ladies who's kid works for the dealer, not some fast and furious type who's been doing reverse drops for the last 2 yrs in it. sorry, i'm all flustered now.

thats crap! its got the heavy, low reving S4 rotors in it! the S5's (89-91) red line starts at 8,000 where the s4's is at 7,000. so the tachometer is not going to be matched to the engine and its gonig to make less power then an S5 N/A. just for not having the proper engine, that car is worth way less.

you sound like a pretty young guy, trust me, there is better stuff out there. if your paying that much, it should at least have to proper engine.

Get a t2, I just bought an 89 gtu for $200. Granted the body looks pretty bad and has " F U" keyed into the passenger side door but hey, it runs like a champ. Just gotta fix the lumpy idle.
