Dirty, leaking fuel injectors. Pull them and get them professionally cleaned.

This is normally the case, but not always. I replaced all 4 injectors with NEW ones from Mazda... still had the same problem with warm start. I still have to use a kill switch.
Can the ECU be at fault here?

So do the advice given above for common reasons, and for the uncommon ones try reading this one by AKAGEALS https://www.rx7club.com/forum/showth...threadid=90515 Bottom line is his bac was non functional and when he fixed that problem, his hot start problems went south. I've in the past noticed when the bac plug was off and I tried to start the hot car, it would be hard to start. Like I said, not common.

Another thing is to make sure your idle is not being aided by the bac to maintain the 750 idle. If you put the initial set jumper in and the car does not idle at 750, then its not set right. Has to be 750 without the influence of the bac. The initial set coupler does that for you. It negates the bac from the idle circuit. Just a thought.
