Ill tell you the way i did mine, its up to you if you wanna do yours the same. You need the following:

oil feed fittings(1/4npt -> -4 an) 2, 90 degree -4 fittings and a block fitting(dont remember if off hand, just search for it) and about 3-4 feet of -4 An line.
Coolant fittings...2, 3/8-> -6 an for the turbo along with 2, 90 degree -6 fittings, and a good amount of -6 hose. For my coolant lines, i used the back of the block nipple, and the nipple on the back of the water pump. The one on the back of the block as the "feed" and the one on the back of the water pump as the "return".
Oil return...there are alot of ways to do this one. I have the adaptor, with another AN adaptor, with -10 AN line to the front cover. You can contact a few shops such as turblown and they sell them. Good luck, hope this makes sense.

Can i find the block fitting for oil feed on summit?

Also, what do you do with the stock water outlets/inlets(?) on the manifold?

Turblown is down for the moment

Got any picture of your install?

Thanks,
Sindre

If you are looking for one stop shopping ATP has an entire page of GT install parts, including the oil restrictor so you do not blow out the seals.

http://www.atpturbo.com/Merchant2/me...gory_Code=GTBB

Btw your engine mounting brackets will be shipping tomorrow.

We use the coolant nipple on the back of the water pump housing as the supply and the nipple near the lower radiator hose on the turbo water pump housing for the return.

For the oil return, we just used a stock TII front cover extension pipe and cut the outer flange off. On the ATP website you will see a "oil supply" section it will have -4 an lines and -4 an to metric adapters. If I remember correctly it is 14mm for the oil supply on top of the block.

Sorry do not have the PS pump or elbow. Ours came came with the elbow and I installed a manual rack from an 86.

It is a convertible cruiser, not a drag car. I kept the heater too. And wipers......
I already have an FD with no A/C, but it still has the P/S.

okey, some custom modification needs to be done.. heh
GOt the shipping specs now BlueTII
it has to be driveable and ready for 14. april so i need to work FAST..
Is it stupid to remove the PS when im going to drift? Will it get "")()=#" hard on the steering with a manual?

The manual rack is very easy to turn, even when stationary. The power rack without the pump is much more difficult. I personally like the responsiveness of the manual rack.

Hmm okey. Ive been using the ps rack without the pump and thats TOOO hard..
I really want to keep the PS. It may be possible to move it downwards and get more space for the piping.

Why does everyone always use thousands of expensive AN fittings on everything.

For oil couldn't you just get the proper fittings and have a hydraulic shop use them in a special made hose set for you? For water couldn't you use fittings that switched to barb connectors and run silicone hose?

Yes you can remove the complete hardline and run a hose from the radiator to the firewall.

Here is a pic of the TII extension pipe, just cut the end off and you have your oil return line pipe to the block.

Yes you can buy the banjo hose barb fittings at ATP for coolant.

I do believe a few companys sell heat wrap and sleeves that go on coolant hoses to protect them from heat.

Would the oil line going to the turbo be fine for aftermarket turbos in accordance with pressure, i'd believe that if the pressure was fine for a stock turbo it couldn't be too high for a GT40 or a 60-1.

BB turbos require no more than 60psi oil pressure, that is why there is a restricter that gets installed at the turbo.

ATP turbo dont tells you wich install kit that contains the restrictor?

btw Banzai, do you do anything to the 13bRE engine when the power goal is 400hp? Hardened studs? more dowells etc?

Get rid of the restrictive exhaust sleeves. 400 is not too lofty, and is achievable at about 14-15psi with the 35R. Dowel pinning is not needed at these boost levels. The restrictir is not sold in a oil line kit you buy it separatley "oil inlet fitting" $12
