Without a standalone you won't be able to take advantage of that intake. Also those runners are insanely short and will probably start making power at 11K or so.
From the video it looks like you have the stock exhaust manifold? You'll never make any power with that thing.
An S-AFC won't be able to tune this very well. You need a standalone.

well i dont want to flame.. but my goodness im speachless that intake is terrible! out of curiousity who designed that thing? did the person have any knowledge of intake manifold design?
Oh, I know what the problem is, but it would be too difficult for me to describe it without getting a warning from the moderators.
that was one of the first things that i tried to do. the manifold does not match up to the s4 block. on the s5 side manifold, they eliminate the center port at the bottom thus putting these two pieces together makes for fuel leakage resulting in numerous problems.
What on earth are you talking about?
Not to throw salt in any wounds or anything. I picked up an S4 NA that wouldnt idle. Fixed the vaccume issue, and took it to the dyno. The car was stock, gutted cats (no 5th/6th port) and a cone filter. Exhaust leaks and all the car dyno'd at 138 at the wheels with 123 torque. The graph clearly showed a drop of 6hp when the ports were posed to open. I am working on getting them back online and will let you know where its at with working ports and a cat delete pipe (minimal/no exhaust leaks). Hoping for close to 150.... but i doubt ill get it

Graph indicates readings after initial SAFC adjustments and thebn final readings when the SAFC tuning was complete. The after - 138 horses and 110 torque made it past the TorquConverter and the rest of the drivetrane to the rear wheels.

Careful comparing N1's numbers with my Autoverts as I would expect that the Automatic Tranny soaks up a lot more HP and Torque before it can get to the wheels than I would expect a manual tranny would.
I'll also mention that my S4 TurboVert with:
Full S4 TII drivetrane with stock engine block
S5 Turbo
Walbro Fuel Pump with dedicated power circuit
Racing Beat REV II Turbo back exhaust
Racing Beat Lighten Steel Flywheel and Street Strip Clutch
Racing Beat Ultra Ignition Wires
Racing Beat Oil Cap
K&N drop in Air Filter
Apexi Boost Controller
Tuned puts 199 hp and 196 Torque to the wheel. So I would agree your 225 hp expectation might have been a bit ambitious.

There is nothing wrong with the dyno, your car is incredibly slow.
you should have someone go dyno a stock FC vs your FC setup. i had a NA a while back. it probably had about 120 hp on it since emissions were all removed, the aux port were removed, and a custom fab single exhaust was put on. Also how are the gas on that car since you have the aux ports open. i remember my gas tank was sapped so fast when i had them open. about 1/4 gas gone in 30 miles... which wasnt suppose to happen.
well, either you shoot NOS, custom fab some ITBs and go stand alone, or go turbo fab. your numbers are right for your car.

I think I get what you are saying. The S5 irons don't have the EGR passages. But I don't know what it has to do with the issues you are having with your car...
S5 manifolds on S4 engines is nothing new, and it is certainly a lot easier than making a fabbed manifold work.
