Check all fuses. And then get some black and red electrical tape and clearly mark your battery cables and battery terminals so this doesn't happen again...

umm, i'd assume the main fuse (either 80 or 100 amp?) is dead.

if you hear clicking then i'm assuming the main fuse is good... i'm not sure how to managed that one...

ummm, get a fuse tester for like $2 and check the fuses with that... don't just look at the fuse to determine if it's bad. If in doubt, you can always just replace it with a known good one, too. The CPU can cause this problem too... I recall replacing the CPU in my old N/A and the horn started working. Check the diagram in the FSM for sure. Do you hear any sounds with the door open and key in the ignition??? How about with the key out of the ignition and lights on? Pretty sure the CPU generates these sounds as well.

No. You'd leave the CPU plug on the CPU and jumper a ground wire to the GO or green/orange wire to make the horn honk.

Or, just to confirm the horn works, pull the plug off and jumper the green/red wire to the green/white wire (12v from the fuse).

Horn fuse is in the interior fuse box and the location is shown in the FAQ thread on this site. STOP fuse. If the stop lights work the fuse is good.
