Hoods?
WHO MAKES IT!!! I need to remedy this ASAP. The only other thing is too hack up and custom fab a TII hood from an NA, or (what my friend wants to do) reverse scoop it from the high pressure area at the windshield. I wish I could find info on that, I seached forever and came up with squat.
PS- Dltreezan- your kit looks bad ***!

ask around, I saw quite a few posts about it and they were sellign it on ebay....dont hack that thing up yet, you will find EXACTLY what you are looking for, an exact replica of the whole t2 scoop. And thanx for the porps...hope to finish it soon
**** cpracing.
I'm not gonna pay $100+ for a fiberglass POS and never receive it, or get it 2 years too late. I know way better than that. Doing a custom TII look-a-like hood scoop isn't all that hard, except there will obviously be no insert. I've got a guy who can make exactly what I need. I just wanted some opinions. Would it be beneficial to enlarge the opening, even though it is a low pressure area?

not really. There is alot of debate on this. If i were you and I was going to cut I would find some sort of cf scoop and mount it on the hood. I saw one yesterday on an fc and it actually looked pretty slick.
