hks to4e laggy!!!

GA hks to4e laggy!!!

87't2

pfc fcon with correct chip
hks evc
racing beat exhaust
hks dp
previous owner said it use to be alot more responsive before he parked it up for 2 yrs thats when I picke dit up,plus I knew people that had the same turbo and their t2's are pretty quick! it creeps from 5psi-12psi

its so laggy and un responsive when i take it u to the rev limiter and pull 2nd it barely chirps!!

my buddy said check the plugs,I never pulled them since I got the car.what you guys think it may be?

so, you are not building power that quick at low rpm?
Whats the boost at 1k rpm intervals? ie - 3krpm 4krpm 5krpm.

with the to4e, full boost should be at around 3k rpm.

Do you have a fuel cut defenser?

Do as everyone has stated, check your plugs, pressure test your system, and also check out the turbo itself.

yes,I have a fcd.It came with the pfc-fcon.I get full boost around 5k!!!

Ill change the plugs this wk,no parts store here stock them so I hads to order a set

yes they do. the pepboys next to follies has them in stock.


also.... change out your fuel filter.

cool!I called pepboys on jimmy carter and that jackass said they didnt have any nor thier other stores did!

I'll get the filter also!
