TO4 flange dimensions?

The data I found was 2.75" H X 3.25" W
2) Do you have the HKS manifold and TO4E on a 13B in a GSL-SE chassis?

and what he meant (I think and correct me Ted if I am wrong) is that prior to posting something you have read about, you should investigate, confirm it as fact or fiction, or what have not, then post. this will prevent flameing matchs and the like.
