hks seq

I have recently reinstalled a hks sequential bov along with new injectors and wired up an ltx-8. While trying to tune i hear a weird screeching noise right about 3 inches of vacuum all the way till i stop at 12 psi. Bov was functioning fine last time i had it installed even thought it was 3 years ago and lets air out just fine when i let off throttle. Am i right in thinking its the bov or am i overlooking something i should check before spending up to 400 on a new one. No leaks at vacuum at all and never had any noise before. The new injectors are rc 750's and the bottom of injector was way different and i only used the o ring. was this wrong. Any help would be great. And i pressure checked the bov with compressed air with and without vacuum appliied to nipple never had any leaks. thanks

well its not the bov. I replaced with piece of pipe without bov for a quick drive and the same noise. Its not the cheap advanced cone air filter. its quite a loud wooshing noise. I had a product called the engine ear hooked up all over engine compartment and cant find. If you dont know what that is its a wireless tool with varios sensors and headphone to find noises. Any new ideas would be great
