HKS Hiper Catback or Apex'i GT Catback?

Which will give better performance? I found a place that sells them for the same price, which will out perform the other?
Which has a deeper sound? and which has the louder?
Is one of these in the middle of the two?
Sound doesn't really matter, performance does more.

Thanks,

J

U looking for more midrange and high end power increase. And is the car an n/a or TII.

The HKS is a N1 style exhaust and offers more high end power.

The GT spec offers more midrange increase than the HKS.

So it depends on what ur looking for.

The HKS is normally more expensive too.

The Hks sound have a deep tone to it.
I've heard the GT Spec is really loud.

It is NA, but I am going turbo. I want more of a midrange, I am learning to drift, and my car has an exhaust leak, so I want something that will help with those.
I have a guy who is willing to sell me a JIC Bullet exhaust for 450obo, should I snag it? I know it's a good deal, they usually go for 900 or more. But is it around what I'm looking for? I know they have a great sound ( a guy with one on his car started it), so will it meet my HP wants/goals?

Thanks,

J

THe JIC is going to be more like the hyper exhaust, but for 450 that is one hell of a deal. That exhaust is top notch. Personally I would go for the JIC just because of the chance to have one for so cheap.

I'd say save yourself the money, and have a local shop make something up for you.

How insane would I be to go to a muffler shop and tell them to make the exhaust a pure straight through as wide as they can make it and with some universal muffler?

Emissions dont matter in the grand old state of Indiana so I'm just looking for any sensors I might **** off.

In Wisconsin besides Milwaukee we don't have E-tests. But the rules to my knoledge is garages can't take cats off because of some federal law. But if no cat when brought in then all fair game. So my question is what would be a good set up.
