HK6 + Walboro pump?

HK6 + Walboro pump?

Does anyone use this setup, and how do you like it?

I would say most of the fuel pump upgrades on 2nd Gen's are Walboro 255 LH's. They are a great pump, no reason for them not to work just fine with any EMS.

Just to give you some salt with your sugar, the walbro does make a good bit more noise than other aftermarket pumps. You might get a high pitch whine in your interior. Nippon denso pumps are awesome: higher reliability*, no noise, but also more expensive. You get what you pay for, but there's no better bang for your buck than the walbro. And of course it'll be compatible with the haltech.

P.S. * I've never personally known anybody who had their walbro fail on them, but I do know that it can happen.

If you guys can hear your fuel pump, then your exhaust is far too quiet I have never heard mine.

I can hear it when I first turn the key on, but as soon as it starts, the nois gets dround out, and that's whithout the stereo installed. I won't be able to hear anything after.... he he
