No precats, just a stock manifold and a bonez highflo, minus mufflers, and it smells terrible, Im embarrassed whenever girls are behind or next to me at a light. Is this normal?

its not new

its not new, its been on the car for about a year. My airpump is on, but my friends dad dropped it to the ground, I wonder if that screwed something up. I never really noticed the smell when I had my mufflers. Plus Im running rich on my echeck papers. Maybe somethings screwed up with my car.

For the ppl with catco cats, how long have you had them?

If over 6 months, do you feel a cut out at high rpm? Do you notice a decrease in fuel economy?

I am experiencing these things and suspect a clogged cat after 6 months of driving.....

If you're running way rich, then your cat is doing a lot of reacting with the exhaust to clean it up. A rich exhaust will be extra stinky.
