High mileage TII probs?

I'm looking to get an S5 TII with a rebuilt engine. It was rebuilt at 179k. Hoses and everything were replaced. Injectors sent for cleaning. New oil cooler.
It has like 220k miles on it now though though...I was wondering if anyone can give me some pointers on what I should watch out for. I'm guessing the engine should still be fine, but I'm worried about everything else...tranny, drivetrain, suspension etc. Thanks for your help!

Make sure the turbo is ok....rebuilding turbo's are fun or...you could just put a BIGGER one on.
Those tranny's are bullet proof, unless you drive it and notice an immediate problem with it no worries.

They're not bad. When I learned the rear diff was a 4:10 gear ratio, it threw me off a bit but seems appropriate
