high/low inpedence injectors?!?!

I have a 88' turbo II rx-7. I am looking to get 1000cc secondary injectors. Now i was told by several people that that 88 modles had low impedence injectors. All other models have high impedence.(87,89-91, and fds as well) Is this true for my car? Can anyone recomand secondary inj. for me that will suite my car the best? I want to run around 300 rwhp, will 1000cc be enough, or can i go lower, like 850cc's?

Youll be fine with something smaller. You can run 1000's though, if you feel youll need them later. Theyll just have to be tuned down a little with a S-AFC or similar product.

You can tell which injectors you have by looking behind your passenger headlight. If theres a smaller metal box there, then theyre low impedance. If theres no box, then theyre hi impedance.

The 1986-88.5 had low impedance injectors. Some of 1988 and 1989-95 all had high impedance injectors. Did I answer your question?

If you have a 10th Anniversary, it has high impedance injectors. Every '88 I've seen had the high impedance injectors.

1000cc is a little too big for the stock turbo - go with 720cc injectors.
