High Idle Troubleshooting

So I just put back together my UIM and fuel system after getting into everything and fixing/overhauling it(bought in feb). Anyway everything came back together just fine and I want to thank everyone for all the resources I found here. Helped me out big time. My only issue now is that I have an abnormally high idle and I'm trying to diagnose what I could have done to cause it. It currently idles near 1750 rpm after warm up. The only things I can think of that I might have done to mess it up is a)clean the throttle body b)didn't install the throttle cable correctly. I didn't see any method for doing this. I just locked it in place and tightened the cable at the rubber grommet until it was neither slack nor tight. Am I just overlooking something really simple? Help me out guys

Is the location any different from an NA? I saw one that seems to have been epoxied into position but I never touched that one or any other when I was cleaning it. Do you all think it might be from the fact that I cleaned the tb a little? When I cleaned it I noticed a lot of oil at all the points the butterfly valve opens up and I'm wondering if that small amount of residue might have changed the calibration point.
