High Idle

ok my idle sticks to 1500, no vacuum leaks, I tried adjusting everything adjustable. I have blocked everything off, nothing controlling the idle. I am running microtech.... I dont know what else to do, but switch to the n/a TB that has the idle screw and see If I can controll it with that..

Are you sure the mechanical idle isnt set too high? What about the throttle cable being kinked or too tight? TPS and timing set correctly?

Idle stop screw (I think that's what it's called). It holds the throttle plates open.
