gotta smog my car any bolt on high flow cats for a 86 na?

Bonez. www.rx7.com has them. Also do a forum search on "auxillary ports". They are exhaust backpressure activated. Less exhaust backpressure means you'll need another way to activate them. Otherwise overall you'll lose power, not gain power. Simplest way would either be a new exhaust pickup tube location further up the exhaust (included in some setups) or air pump activation (DIY with a little piping).

Not to thread jack but does any company make a 2.75" or a 3" high-flow cat?

Bönez makes a 3" blank, no 2.75 though. If you want that one, you better know how to weld
