Angry HIGH BEAMS always on

Hello there,I have a problem with my headlights being stuck on high beam. The swich is fine as well as the relay. Any other suggestions will help.THANKS!

its gonna be either the switch or the relay... maybe you didn't test them correctly.

either that or you have the red/wht (which switchs over to wht/lightblue at the relay) is grounded somehow.

Meter the white wire at the dimmer relay plug. If it is 12 volts, the relay is bad. If it is 0 volts, either there is a short in the white wire circuit to the dimmer switch, or the switch itself is bad.
