Hi. My question is about my mass air flow meter cutting the car off.

I drive a 91 fc n/a. I took a weekend to change my injectors because my car has been running rich for some time now. I changed them, car started got up to 3k rpm then dies out. I switched back to the original injectors ....same issue. I disconnected the maf, car starts and runs but not well at all. I bought another maf because the one prior was refurbished thinking it went bad.....same issue. I also disconnected the battery to see if I could reset ecm somehow and nothing.

You probably forgot to hook up a vac line somewhere. The brake booster perhaps?
