i need help my car will not start i have an 86 non turbo .i put new battery new alternator and new starter and it still will not start.the motor cranks over but will not start . i does run though ,only if i push start it and it runs good when its on . i have no idea wuts going on .if any one has a idea of wuts going on please tell me thanks

Please do a compression check and then report back the results

And you will get better help and feedback if you put the problem in the title, rather than a generic "please help".

Only if you keep it as a hobby.

Make a fuel cut switch. It's on this site somewhere. I know not how. Search.....FUEL CUT SWITCH

Old engines lose compression and are hard to start.

i dont think it is but if it is flooded and u push start it would it still be flooded

I would probably change oil too if in your case it is flooded.

heh.. i had my seven flooded for ever. took us pulling he sparkplugs and throwing in some atf. We had previously checked for everything too-- the sparkplugs, wires, coils, fuel pump. and the damn thing was flooded the entire time. Oh well, live and learn. If its flooded bad, its flooded reeeeaaaalll bad.
