Angry Hesitations at any RPM, help! (89 T2)

Alright, I replaced all the gaskets, have NO vacuum leaks (went through 3 cans of carb cleaner again) car idles around 800rpm and rev's just fine when the car is parked and not moving, but the second I put load on it and start driving it around, it bogs heavily if I try to rev it up quickly, if I go slow it'll slowly start to speed up, if I just hit the gas it bogs hard. Now if I hit the gas and hold it down, it just sits around 1.5Krpm and revs to 2K then bogs again and falls down to 1.5K and repeats. Now the only thing wrong with the car is the boost sensor, I've got another one in the mail, could this cause such an issue? It's the only error code I have from the ECU is the boost sensor, and I'm running out of idea's quick. Could the pressure sensor be the cause of this, or that I have series 4 fuel rails on a series 5?
