Hesitation, poor acceleration, and white stuff on dipstick

well i dont even know where to begin now. ive been having a big problem with poor acceleration, running very rich, and i can barely make it up a hill!. it makes the popping noise in the exhaust but i replaced the spark plugs and the ACV,BAC have both been blocked off. Ive checked for vac leaks with carb cleaner. fixed all that i found. and now after going and driving it to school and back i check the oil. well there is somekind of white somewhat sticky material on the top part of the stick going down to the bottom.... and it smells kinda like gas. im thinking at this point its either the injectors are leaking or maybe not functioning properly, turbo malfunctioning or maybe something im completely missing, but im afraid to take it past 2K incase it was to lean out and blow.

anyone with any ideas on this please help....its my daily driver!

hmm, this sounds like mine. well part of it. how many miles do you have on the engine? sounds like maybe some seals are on their way out. I know my oil filler neck sometimes has some strawberry milkshake on it. Probably from coolant though I guess fuel might have the same effect on oil in some cases. Id say maybe you have yourself a coolant seal problem. As for the other issues I dunno. It could also be contributed to it I suppose. Good luck on finding out what it is

white foam on the inside of your oil system usually means water. this could be coolent water or condensation. i couldn't tell you about the gas smell because oil is a petrol product too.

if you look inside your oil filler neck and there is what apears to be light oil colored foam all over the inside i would reccommend you change your oil, drive 500 mi and change it again.

however i have only seen this on my jeep from condensate.

hope that helps a bit,
TR

40K on a 19 year old car? Off a rebuild I assume? Was the mileage gauge messed with?

come park yours with mine. we can cry together i wont be able to drive mine again for over a month. even then itll still run poorly. sorry i dont know whats up with yours. but with the foam in the oil it sounds like a seal. but even then, would a coolant seal make a car run that badly?

i doubt it but there is no telling at this point..... i think it has something to do with a fuel issue but i cant pinpoint what it is....i was planning on getting the injectors cleaned and flowed but now i might as well just pull the engine and rebuild.... then upgrade alot and remove emmisions...etc.....damn now i have to find a daily driver...errr

since you have **** blocked off, adjust your TPS and adjust your variable resistor....sounds like you're just running too rich.

As far as the foamy cream oil ****, it's probably just condensation. Check your crankcase ventilation lines for cracks or breaks...

thanks funk...i put in a new TPS the other day and it didnt really change much but ill try to adjust it again today. i know im running rich but i dont think it would be causing this much of a poor acceleration... the other day when i was trying to get to my buddies house for a party and when i was trying to get up a hill i had to downshift from 4th to second and was shooting black smoke so thick he could barely see through it..... it was apretty big hill.
