Might want to change thread name to something that applys to your problem (to get more help from people). CAS does not click what so ever when you hook up battery...... If i am not mistaken, either the Circuit Opening Relay clicks or the Main Relay beside the TRAILING coil clicks.... BUT, go to the FAQ and dowload the FREE Factory Service Manual. Will tell you everything you need to know while consuming some time.

Double check that you got the +/- polarity correct.
It's easy to do. You're not alone.

If you accidently reverse the polarity, it can fry the electronics, or if you're lucky just blow the main fuse by the strut tower.
