Hesitation/Miss at 5400rpm on TII

So, before we get started, great forum, learned alot, and thanks in advance for any help I may receive.

So, my problem is this...89 GTUs with a s5 turbo motor swapped in, full turbo harness, ecu, etc. Also had emanage on but took it off trying to see if it fixed the issue. Motor is stock, full tb exhaust, cold air intake, smog equipment removed...innovate wideband aswell

So any gear I get on it, boosts up nicely and once I hit 5400ish, give or take a few rpm it will just quit making any power, and if I continue on the throttle it will begin to lightly miss, its a very soft miss I would describe it as.

I have not checked my compression yet, no loose connections that I have found, it will free rev to redline...I know...

New to rotary street cars, worked on Pro Mazda renesis stuff for awhile, but hoping a much more knowledgeable person can give me some advice here.

Again, any help is greatly appreciated

EDIT: One more thing, it spits a decent amount of oil out of the breather on the filler neck, it is a little overfilled though...

-Eric
